Surface Assessment & Punch List
STEP-ASSESS-001We walk every room with a strong-light inspection. Nail pops, hairline cracks, drywall seams, and texture inconsistencies are logged on a written punch list before a single can is opened.
Prep & Repair
STEP-PREP-002All punch-list items are addressed with Durabond 20 compound, feathered to zero edge. We sand to 120-grit on repairs and scuff the entire surface for primer adhesion.
Precision Tape & Masking

Prime & Base Coat
